Great Bay Masters (Age 18+) - Fall 2025 • Register • View Cart •

Join the Great Bay Masters (GBM), an adult swim team. This program is affiliated with U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS).

Practices focus on technique, endurance, & speed, with guidance from experienced coach. Whether you're training for a competition or swimming for health and fun, Masters Swimming provides a supportive and motivating environment.

What You’ll Get:
  • Structured, coached workouts multiple times per week
  • Technique-focused sessions to refine all four strokes
  • Interval and endurance training
  • Opportunities to compete at local and regional USMS meets (optional)

Prerequisites
  • 100 freestyle at a sustained pace.
  • 25/50 of at least two other strokes.
  • Willingness to learn additional strokes. 
Sample Set Times:
  • Lanes 1-2 are doing 50m paces between :40 and :50
  • Lanes 3-4 are doing 50m paces between :50 and 1:00
  • Lanes 5-6 are doing 50m paces between 1:00 and 1:15
Reminder, these times are in meters, not yards. You are welcome to move in and out of lanes/paces as needed.
