TRIP: Birding Walk Along Lamprey River with Forest Society
Happy migration season to all! Our snowbirds are still hanging around for foliage season and our local birds are heading out early. Let’s take a walk along their flyways to explore their travels, behaviors, and collaboration with the forest. Plus learn about how conservation professionals create habitat to support their journey. No birding experience is required!
Just over 2 miles; will include some incline & decline.
What to bring: Bug spray is encouraged for this hike, as it tends to be a bit buggy along the water. Binoculars, scopes, and recording devices are also welcome on this hike.
Bag lunch will be provided. No picnic tables or public restrooms.
