Push your limits in this high-energy, two-hour Masters workout designed for experienced swimmers looking for a serious challenge. This special session blends endurance, speed, and stroke work into one intense and rewarding practice.
Led by Great Bay Masters Coach Brendan, Masters Mayhem is the perfect way to level up your training in a fun, motivating environment.
Optional socializing at a local restaurant after practice (on your own).

Lane Descriptions (Meters)
- Lane 1 – Fastest: 50m @ :30
Strong endurance & speed; collegiate or equivalent experience
- Lane 3 – Advanced: 50m @ :45
Competitive intervals & multi-stroke sets
- Lanes 4–5 – Intermediate: 50m @ :50–1:00
Fitness, technique, and stroke development
- Lane 6 – Developing: 50m @ 1:00–1:15
