What Is the Daily Pass?

The Great Bay Masters Daily Pass allows adult swimmers to join one coached Masters workout without committing to a full session. Due to limited lane space, daily passes must be secured in advance.

Important Registration Notes
  • No walk-in or at-desk registration
  • re-registration required by 4:00 PM on the day of practice
  • Unsure which lane to choose? Please reach out before registering

Lane Assignment Policy
Swimmers must register for the lane they will swim in.
Lane changes are not available once practice begins

Lane Descriptions (Meters)

  • Lane 1 – Fastest: 50m @ :40
    Strong endurance & speed; collegiate or equivalent experience
  • Lane 3 – Advanced: 50m @ :50
    Competitive intervals & multi-stroke sets
  • Lanes 4–5 – Intermediate: 50m @ :50–1:00
    Fitness, technique, and stroke development
  • Lane 6 – Developing: 50m @ 1:00–1:15
    Technique-focused with more rest and pacing flexibilit

If space is unavailable, consider:
  • Tri-Group (Tuesdays, 5:30pm) – $10 drop-in class
  • Technique Thursdays (5:30pm) – $10 drop-in class
  • Adult Swim Lessons (schedule varies)
  • GBM workouts in Dover or Exeter
