Not sure if your child is ready to join an area swim team? 

This is a great opportunity for your child to continue their development through group workouts led by an on-deck coach. Swimmers will get a glimpse of “swim team” environment while maintaining their swimming fitness level for those who want a fun experience staying active and fit. 

Prerequisite:
  • Must be able to swim 25 meters of frontcrawl with rotary breathing.
  • Should know the following strokes: Breastroke, Backstroke and Butterfly.
  • Must be comfortable in deep water.
  • Should be able to swim for 20 minutes.

Instructor will not be in the water teaching a lesson, but will be running a coached workout. Participants will receive stroke correction on competitive strokes along with turns and starts.
