Learn & Play - Adult
Lead by a USTA coach, participants will have fun and get great exercise while developing the skills to serve, rally, and play tennis. The program is perfect for first-time and beginner players, as well as returning novice players. 18+
Please bring a tennis racquet. 

  • Spring: Mondays, May 12 - June 16 (rain date 6/23) (No Class 5/26 Memorial Day) 5:00pm - 6:30pm – Max 16 players
Location: South Mill Tennis Courts. Fee: $80 residents | $85 nonresidents
  • Spring: Saturdays, May 17 - June 28 (No Class 5/24 Memorial Day Weekend)
  • Canceling Sat, May 31 due to rain.

Location: Portsmouth High School Tennis Courts. 
  • SUMMER: Tuesdays, July 8 - August 12 (Rain Date 8/19)
5:30 - 7:00 pm - Max 16 players

NEW! Practice & Play - Spring Only
A USTA approved coach will provide instruction and pair players up for guided match play. For players who want to practice, improve their game and have FUN! SafeSport-approved coach will provide instruction and pair players up for match play. Please bring a tennis racquet. Ages 18+

If you need a racquet to use, the coach will have a few loaner rackets available to borrow during the class.
